You may request the size of the animal you would like and we will accommodate your request as best we can.
For delivery or pick up at a different location, there is an extra charge. Please contact us to discuss as it varies based on location.
A half cow has a hanging weight of about 200-550lbs
ADDITIONAL COSTS:
***Organs are NOT included in the hanging weight. When the animal is hung, the organs are already removed. This is why it is not included in the hanging weight**
Sausages have an additional $1.00/lb processor fee
Smoking has an additional $1.00/lb processor fee.
